We’re looking for a full-time project manager that will oversee the day-to-day construction management of home builds from pre-construction through project close. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, has a passion for new construction, is energetic, enjoys working with various trades & homeowners, and wants to be a part of a motivated, hardworking, dedicated team & for a company that is rapidly growing!
We’re looking for a full-time warranty technician that will be responsible for providing high-quality and cost-effective warranty service to Eldon Homes homeowners after they close on their home. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a great customer experience and have a background in working well with people, great communication, problem solving skills, and wants to be a part of a motivated, hardworking, dedicated team & for a company that is rapidly growing! Experience in homebuilding and/or construction is necessary. Experience with customer service & residential warranties is a plus!
