We are Excited to Announce & Welcome Hailee Sullivan, Purchasing Manager to TEAM ELDON!! Hailee, a Wisconsin native with a decade of experience in the construction industry, embarked on her career journey in 2015 with Toll Brothers in Colorado, where she served as an Operations Coordinator. Since 2018, she has brought her expertise to Tim O’Brien Homes in Wisconsin, excelling as a Division Estimator and Purchasing Manager. With a strong background in construction operations, estimating, and cultivating relationships with trade partners, Hailee is excited to join the Eldon Homes team! Joining Eldon Homes represents more than just a career move for Hailee; it’s an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the community’s growth and well-being. She looks forward to working alongside like-minded professionals who share her passion for delivering homes that make a lasting positive impact.
Over the years, she has cultivated strong relationships with various local trade partners. Outside of work, Hailee enjoys outdoor adventures with her dog Trek, her faithful companion named after a prominent Wisconsin-based company.
