Eldon Homes surpassed our expectations in the building process as well as their customer service. We were pleasantly surprised from the very start at our selections meeting with Sophie! In addition to our colors and finishes we added custom ship lap and a gorgeous mantel to our fireplace. She continued to answer any questions we had along the way and was a joy to work with! The entire Eldon team was fantastic with the pre-dry wall meeting through the final walk through and the continued warranty after the sale! We absolutely recommend Eldon Homes to family and friends!

I feel that Eldon has done a great job overall and we love our new house. When there has been a question or a problem, they have been responsive. There were a couple things that happened early (issues getting the internet) and a couple things I would change (a garage being slightly wider), but so far the house has been quality and response has been very good.

This was our first experience building a home and we were very pleased with process. Eldon has built us a very high-quality home with a lot of attention to detail that you don't see in many new constructions. I have a friend who's done a fair bit of contracting work over the years and I value his opinion. He has commented on several aspects of the home that he was very impressed at the extra mile Eldon has gone. We were afforded a lot of latitude to make changes to the floorplan and details of the home and Eldon was always responsive with our requests and our questions.
