Planning
We work with the city or county and provide detailed plans based on the land, the proposed development and the amenities we want to put into the community. These plans also will have a comment period from the public, and we can tweak or change specific features based on these comments. Finally, we will review the engineering, including the associated environmental checks, wastewater treatment infrastructure plans and all the rest of the utilities.

Grading and Prep
Once all the permits are in place, we can get to work and start prepping the site. Site prep will depend on the site itself, but it can include moving dirt, removing brush and preparing the site for servicing, including sewers, waters, roads and services.

Infrastructures and Streets
Next, it is all about creating access to the site. Utility companies will run the sites' power, water, and sewer systems. While at the same time, our road-building team starts to lay down asphalt and create the road network for the community.

Home Construction
Finally, we can get to the most important part for our clients: home construction. With neighborhood development, there is a method to the building madness, and our team will ensure construction remains on time.
